Andalucia is a region of Spain rich in ancient history. Much different from our history in the United States, you will be visiting cities that are thousands of years old. Each province experienced historical periods of rule under the Phoenicians, Moors (Muslim decendents of medieval times) and Christians. You will be able to see the influences of these cultures in the architecture surrounding these landmarks. Below I will introduce you to the landmarks of Andalucia that I believe you would most enjoy touring during your travels.
